Our Roots
Discover Pivot Point is driven by a diverse and experienced team of professionals specializing in bookkeeping and business consulting. We share a common desire to help others. Our founder understood that by working together we could overcome any challenge, much more efficiently, and that is why we ultimately decided to launch Discover Pivot Point. While accounting and business strategy consulting are at the forefront of our operations, we give back through our non-profit organization which is dedicated to helping those who are struggling pivot in an improved direction. By identifying pivot points, whether in a business or in a life, we can reveal hidden order in what seemed to be chaos. We strive to make a positive impact through all of our pursuits and to become a brand that can impact the world.

Our home-based office is stationed in Central Arkansas where we provide mobile and remote services. We are able to connect virtually or meet with you at your local business.
Team members are located in Florida and Texas as well, expanding our service area to those locations.

NEW 2024 - CORPORATE TRANSPARENCY ACT
Beneficial Ownership Information Reporting
In accordance with the Corporate Transparency Act, many small businesses have a new requirement to file the Beneficial Ownership Information Report with FinCEN.

Business incorporated after January 1, 2024 have just 90 days to file.
Business incorporated before January 1, 2024 must file by January 1, 2025.

$79 for one time filing
$99 for initial filing + any changes for 1 year
